Our story

A taste of Mauritius, made by hand.

N'bites began in a home kitchen, with recipes passed down and a stubborn belief that good gato salé simply cannot be rushed.

We still shape everything by hand, in small batches, every morning. Taro peeled fresh. Chutney ground the same day. Nothing here comes out of a packet, and you can taste the difference in the first bite.
